Kevin focuses this presentation on how and why some people achieve amazing success through three extraordinary success characteristics: mental focus, persistence and learning from failure which are proven to ignite leadership and impact dynamic change. This keynote will help students outline a strategy to achieve amazing success and it will also help them discover how to sail through barriers and challenges that can hold them back as effective leaders. Students will leave this program not only motivated and entertained, but also with a customized action plan on how to implement positive change despite any circumstance or setback. They will be empowered and inspired to chart a course for success through both calm and rough waters!

Be Greek … Be Proud!
This presentation is designed specifically for fraternity and sorority student leaders and is an ideal and dynamic presentation for Greek Week, recruitment programs, new member convocations and other leadership events. Kevin has years of Higher Education and Fraternity and Sorority Life experience, as well as an archive of entertaining stories. He is a proud member of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity and served his chapter as president, new member educator, IFC representative and Greek Man of the Year. After college, Kevin worked for his national office as a leadership consultant for two years and then became a Fraternity/Sorority Life Advisor.

In “Be Greek … Be Proud”, Kevin utilizes thought-provoking humor and enthusiasm to emphasize and remind audiences why “being Greek” is such a tremendous honor. Mastering the Art of Effective Communication
Effective leadership and teamwork requires exceptional communication skills. Even though we might be prepared to deal with different types of communication styles and approaches, other individuals may not. Therefore, we must adapt to prevent communication breakdown. In this program, participants will experience the “ride of a lifetime” as we take them on an interactive journey to analyze various communication skills and how they are effective within our personal lives, relationships, and organizations. Not only will participants leave this presentation with a greater understanding of how to be an effective communicator, but they will also learn new techniques to demonstrate charisma and outstanding presentation skills!
