About Kevin

As a professional speaker, inventor, author, and student affairs administrator, Kevin Snyder’s passion and mission is helping leaders take action to intentionally lead successful and fulfilling lives.

Kevin has held professional positions as a trainer and higher education administrator in areas of Orientation, Student Activities, Greek Life, Academic Advising, Counseling, and Residence Life. He is also a professional speaker with CAMPUSPEAK, a former staff member aboard Semester at Sea, and he was selected to appear as a finalist on the new invention TV reality show, “Everyday Edisons.”

He received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where he received both Homecoming King and Greek Man of the Year Awards. His Masters degree is from the University of South Carolina where he was awarded Graduate Student of the Year, and his Doctorate is from the University of Central Florida. Additionally, Kevin is a member of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity where he served in numerous positions including chapter president, assistant chapter advisor, and national leadership consultant.

Kevin authored his first book, Think Differently!, in 2007 after realizing that very few books help readers truly understand the power of the mind. As we believe ourselves to be, so we will become. The concepts and messages from his first book catapulted his speaking career and also led into another group book project titled, Ten Keys To Extraordinary Leadership. Kevin’s 3rd book, Turning Your Passion Into Success! is slated to be in print during summer 2010!

Kevin is also the founder and creator of The NO-TANGLE! pet leash, the world’s first and only dual retractable leash for walking multiple pets tangle free! Soon to be in production, this newly designed dog leash will be available to pet owners across the world, specifically the 22 million multi-dog households currently in America.
